General Terms and Conditions

1) General

All goods remain the property of K&R Auto Services until payment has been received in full.

2) Shortages or damaged goods

All orders should be checked immediately upon receipt. Shortages or damaged items must be reported with 24 hours.

3) Returns

Items being returned for credit must be received within 30days of purchase, accompanied by the relevent invoice.

4) Electrical units

Electrical units cannot be returned for credit if they have been fitted.

5) Returned parts

Parts returned for credit must be in resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Items fitted cannot be refunded if correctly supplied.

6) Changes to price or alterations

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on this Website and in our catalogues is correct at the time of writing, product improvements or price alterations may occur during the lifespan of the website or catalogue.

7) Quality

Occasionally we may substitute with a different quality but this is rare.
